1 The topic is related to the search for new materials for tissue reconstruction. We will focus on polymers containing glycerin and unsaturated polycarboxylic acids in their structure. Such materials can be easily introduced into aza- and thio-Michael reactions under mild conditions. As a result of these processes, it is possible to obtain porous three-dimensional polymer networks for use in non-invasive prophylaxis of osteoporotic fractures. I plan to develop a material in the form of a low-viscosity liquid polymer that can be introduced non-invasively (with a thin needle) into the spongy bone of reduced density. The next in the same opening would be the introduction of the cross-linking agent with bone or stem cells. In the bone defect, cross-linking and strengthening of this fragment would take place. After the healing time has elapsed, the polymeric material would be resorbed and the cells would naturally rebuild the spongy bone. Another application of the developed materials would be the reconstruction of soft tissues, e.g. blood vessels or the heart muscle. Chemical Engineering
