The research will be related to the systems for non-intrusive monitoring of elderly persons; in particular – the systems based on the radar sensors and depth sensors. The research will be focused on the development of new methods for: • the analysis of movements of monitored persons; • the prediction and detection of falls and other events dangerous for health or life of those persons; • the adaptation of existing systems for monitoring of elderly persons to the specific requirements of healthcare institutions and individual needs of monitored persons; • the evaluation of the reliability of such systems.
