I specialise in the law of emerging technologies, in particular cybersecurity, electronic communications law and the regulation of disruptive technologies (including AI and DLT). Electronic surveillance law remains my particular area of interest, both in its EU and national dimensions. I am also involved in research on the new EU framework for the digital and telecoms market, exploring issues such as algorithmic content filtering and the fight against clearly illegal speech. |
