| 1 | Integrated spatial planning of urban problem areas (degraded) of modern metropolises, the Warsaw Metropolitan Area case study: in particular in terms of sustainable management of soil resources as a key element of urban land and water ecosystems, including: - improvement of soil functions using, inter alia, exogenous organic matter; - soil ecosystem services; - green and blue infrastructure; - soil resource management in the context of the circular economy - the use of GIS, remote sensing, and geostatistics in soil assessment studies, - soil remediation/rehabilitation in the sustainable revitalization of urban brownfield sites.
