The area of interest concerns implementing AI systems in the preparation, mechanics, and application of STF. Shear thickening fluids (STF) are ceramic-polymer composite systems characterized by increased viscosity as a function of shear stress. Due to this property, STFs can find applications as smart materials for damping and dissipating energy associated with impacts. Within this research direction, complementary analyses will be conducted using representation training to achieve the set goals in the field of STF |
