The research area will concern the use of various data sources in the process of creating multi-dimensional 3D cadastres. In many countries, in order to meet the implementation of investments in the so-called"" layered ""systems, multi-dimensional cadastres are implemented. They provide the possibility of dividing the cadastral parcel into specific parts (layers) and reference to those strata of property rights that are transferable, inherited, and can provide collateral for credit.
When creating the 3D cadastre, at the stage of separating appropriate spaces within the existing cadastral parcels, it is necessary to use various data sources on the spatial distribution of objects. In addition to cadastral data, these are official databases of topographic objects BDOT 500, the utilities network databases GESUT, as well as data from laser scanning (in the field of building modeling), industry data in relation to tunnel objects and others. The research work will concern the development of a methodology for the use and integration of various data sets in the process of creating the 3D cadastre.
